Milaan is a registered charitable organisation as Milaan – Be the Change (NGO) with Registrar of Societies, New Delhi under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 since 18th October 2007.

No, they are two distinct entities, but they work closely together. Milaan Be The Change operates in India, implementing programs directly with adolescent girls. Milaan Foundation was established in the United States in 2015 by a group of supporters who visited the India programs and were inspired by their impact. They registered as a 501(c)(3) organization to strengthen global support, fundraising, and partnerships. Both entities share the same mission and are led by the same founder, Dhirendra Pratap Singh, while functioning independently in their respective regions.

Yes, donations to Milaan are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. 

Your donations are utilised in the implementation of our programs, which you can view under the ‘Our Work’ section of our website. 

No, there is no minimum donation amount when contributing to Milaan. We value every contribution, regardless of its size, as it collectively makes a significant impact on our programs and initiatives.

Currently, we only accept donations in U.S. dollars and Indian rupees.
